Officer Roles and Duties
President - The President will attend and run the regular meetings. The student will meet with Mrs. Wood. prior to each meeting to set up an agenda. In collaboration with other members the president will plan at least 2 events for members and/or the student body within the school year.
Vice - President - The Vice-President will attend the regular meetings, as well as stand in as President, when he/she is unable. This member will serve as the photographer, taking photos of events/projects or assigning this duty to another member when he/she is unable to attend; using the Art League Google account to load all images.
Media Specialist - This member is responsible for submitting photos to the newspaper and the school website. The submissions must first be approved by Mrs. Wood.
Event Coordinator - The Event Coordinator is responsible for taking progress photos and final photos of projects we complete, as well as taking photos at events. These photos should be uploaded and shared with the Media Specialist and Mrs. Wood.
